I heard footsteps rush up the stairs. Another astronomer rushed in. A girl! Like me!

“This boy discovered a new supernova,” Tall Astronomer said.

I didn’t have a chance to say anything before she examined the pictures and then got so busy studying, comparing, looking on the computer, and calling people just like the boy astronomers.

“Excuse me,” I said.

But no one heard me.

“Moe, you don’t even know what a supernova is,” I said. “You have to tell them that I made the discovery.”

“Sure I do,” Moe said. “It’s a nova that is super.”
