CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
Makes 6–8 servings
1 chicken or 3 chicken breasts
3 cups water
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup parsley, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
¼ tsp. lemon pepper
salt and pepper to taste
10–12 oz. dry spaghetti
1. Boil chicken in water until tender. Remove chicken from broth and debone. Cut into small pieces and set aside. Return broth to stove and bring to a medium boil.
2. Add remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Cook over medium heat for 30–40 minutes.
3. Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions. Drain well and add to chicken mixture. Turn burner as low as you can and let stand until ready to serve.
Note:
You may serve the chicken mixture on top of spaghetti instead of mixed together. You can also use any pasta that you wish.
