Salsa Beef and Vegetables

(Ready in about 10 hours | Servings 8)

Ingredients

1 pound baby carrots

1 celery, chopped

2 turnips, peeled and cubed

3 pounds beef arm pot roast

2 cups salsa

2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Directions

Put the carrots, celery, and turnips into your slow cooker; next, place the beef on top of the veggies. Pour the salsa over it.

Turn the slow cooker to LOW, and let it cook for about 10 hours.

Lastly, cut the beef into shreds with shredder claws or two forks. Spoon the sauce over the vegetables and shredded beef; sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
