There are some foods that we love to eat when we dine out. For me, the gyro is one of those treats, mainly because it’s not something I thought was easy to make at home. Well, I became a girl on a mission. I researched and hunted until I found a recipe that I could duplicate at home and give me a fix for my craving. The secret to this recipe is to make sure the meats are worked to a mush. Once formed and cooked, the mixture becomes the correct solid texture for slicing.
