You can also select checkboxes in the following columns:

D (debit/credit indicator)

You can define whether debits and/or credits that are posted with the assigned cost elements are considered in WIP determination. An entry of “+” means that debits and credits are considered.

V (variable/fixed indicator)

You can define whether variable and/or fixed costs that are posted with the assigned cost elements are considered in WIP determination. An entry of “+” means that both variable and fixed costs are considered.

Acco (accounting indicator)

If you’re using the SAP ERP Customer Service module, you can further differentiate your cost elements that are considered in WIP by quantity, for example.

Valid-Fr (valid-from)

You can define when the line item ID assignment becomes valid.

ReQToCap (requirement to capitalize)

You can define the line ID of the cost that needs to be capitalized.

OptToCap (option to capitalize)

You can use this column in conjunction with the % Option to Capitalize column. You can enter which portion of the cost must be capitalized. If you want to capitalize 100% of the cost posted on the order, you don’t need to maintain an entry here.

CannotBeCap (prohibition to capitalize)

You can use this column in conjunction with the % Option to Capitalize column. You can enter which portion of the cost can’t be capitalized.

% OptToCap (% option to capitalize)

You can enter the percentage of the cost that needs to be capitalized.

% CannotBeCap (% prohibition to capitalize)

You can enter the percentage of the cost that can’t be capitalized.
