Kickoff presentation Draft the deployment kickoff presentation and plan the deployment kickoff to align the core project team on project goals, scope, methodology, activities, roles, responsibilities, timing, communication and administration. Contribute to, review, and approve the deployment kickoff presentation. Work with customer to engage project stakeholders and tailor kickoff material to specific customer audiences.

Assessment N/A Identify and assess project impact on other departments and proactively communicate with stakeholders and leaders of impacted departments to obtain their support and cooperation. The next two phases, Core Team Training and Define Processes, Policies, and Requirements, as seen in Figure 23 and Table 6 are important to ensure success of the overall project. Firstly, core team training is necessary to provide the team members with a baseline understanding of the solution they are designing and implementing. Defining processes, policies, and requirements is essential to guiding the project’s focus and ultimately understanding whether the project was successful or not by these definitions after delivery.
