Method

To a large pot, add sesame oil and cooked noodles toss to combine and set aside.

In a bowl, combine some honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rice wine. Place aside.

Heat a wok over medium heat and add some peanut oil with garlic, scallions, and ginger cook for 30 seconds.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add the noodles with the pork. Add the sauce mixture and mix well to combine.

Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
