Meat Sauce with Pepper

Ideal for sandwiches or as a sauce for a main meal.

Duration: 140 minutes

List of Ingredients:

35 oz. of red pepper

35 oz. of tomatoes

17 oz. of onion

22 oz. of bacon

1 garlic clove

2 tablespoons of milled red pepper

3 teaspoons of salt

1 celery stalk

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Procedure:

1. Wash and clean the vegetables. Grind them all together, along with the bacon.

2. Add spices to the mixture. Blend them well!

3. Cook mixture in the cooking pot for around 90 minutes.

4. When it is done, pour the mixture into the jars.

5. Put jars in the bigger cooking pot, fill a cooking pot with water and cook for another 30 minutes.

6. Serve cold! Keep them in a cool and dark place.
