Once you have done this the Pivot Table will look like in Fig 6.11 with Qtr1-4 added to the bottom of the table.

To move Calculated Items to a more suitable position let’s use the Move functionality as in Fig 6.12. Select the cell with Qtr1 and then right click and go to Move and then select Move “Qtr1” Up. Repeat until you reach the desired row. Do the same with the other Calculated Items.
