Instructions:
In a pan, heat the oil. Add the sliced garlic and onion.
Cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato puree, coriander powder, cumin, salt and red chili powder.
Add the mushroom stock and bring it to boil.
Simmer for 3 minutes. Add the mushroom and diced tomatoes.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Serve hot on a bed of rice. Add parsley and yogurt on top.

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup yogurt
½ cup pistachios, chopped
1 tsp saffron
2 tbsp warm milk
½ cup honey
