Chutney flavored pot atoes
Recipe: In a 2L pressure cooker, layer as below:
L1: 2tbsp oil, 2tbsp water.
L2: 1/2C finely chopped onion.
L3: 1.5C cubed potatoes.
L4: 1tsp salt, 1tsp chopped green chili, 1/4tsp coriander powder, 1/4tsp garam masala.
Cook on high for 3 whistles or 6 mins (whichever is earlier). Let pressure settle. Mix in 1/2C coriander leaves blended in 2 tbsp water and 1tsp lemon juice .
Replace/Supplement:
Oil with ghee.
Tips:
After opening pan fry for 5 mins for crunchy texture.
