1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Begin by glazing a baking dish with butter.
Marinate the wild boar steaks in seasoning, brandy, cumin powder, ginger powder, orange zest, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Bake in your oven at 400° Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
While the meat is baking, cook your potatoes and sweet potatoes in a pot over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes once cooked.
Add milk, butter, and Parmesan cheese to potatoes and mash. Continue to mash until there are no lumps.
