With the select query open in Design view, click Run in the Results group.

Review the records returned by the select query. In the Views group, click View, Design View to return the query to Design view.

On the Query Tools Design tool tab, click Append in the Query Type group.

In the Append dialog box, select the table you want to add the records to. If you click Another Database, enter the file name or click Browse to locate the file, and then click OK.
