1 spring of thyme
2 cups Tagliatelle

METHOD:
Warm up a pot, add olive oil and brown the rabbit from all sides.
Add finely chopped onions and brown them as well.
If it starts to stick, just add a little water.
Add white wine and deglaze.
Add tomatoes, black olive and thyme. Season.
Cook from 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning saddles time to time.
Meanwhile cook your tagliatelle in boiled water. Drain.
Serve the pasta first on the plate and after the rabbit.
