Check that the cup completely covers the breast. Bulges at the top or sides indicate the cup is too small. Neither should the sides of the cup wrinkle because the breast does not fill it.

“Little comforts beget much happiness.”

The back of the bra should stay down on the body. If it slips up then the bra size may be too large, it may be hooked too loosely or the straps may be adjusted too tightly.

The bra should be snug but not tight around the body. If it cuts into the skin, the back size is too small or the back closure needs to be loosened. The garment is too tight if you cannot slip your finger easily behind the bra strap.

The centre of the bra should lie flat against the breast-bone. If it stretches away from the body, the cup size is too small.

Straps should be adjusted to support the breasts comfortably without pressure. Check the width of the strap for your personal preference.

Always wear a bra when exercising or playing sport. Most sport’s bras are made from soft cotton and are seamless across the nipples to prevent friction. Some sport’s bras have no cups and are like short vests that bind the breasts close to the chest.

The only way to achieve a smaller bust is to do aerobic exercises which burn fatty tissue from all over the body. Breasts are composed of a great deal of fatty tissue. Disregard creams or miracle cures, as they don’t work.

Exercising the pectorals (chest), seratus (under the bust), deltoids (shoulders), latissimus dorsi (back) triceps and biceps (upper arms) will make the breasts appear firmer and improve posture, lifting the breasts up and out.

Splash breasts daily with ice-cold water to tone and firm.

To tone the breasts mix together 1tbsp aloe vera gel, 5 drops juniper essential oil and 4 drops each of lemon essential oil and geranium oil. Bottle, label and keep in the refrigerator. Apply to the breasts daily.

To firm breasts and tighten the skin, mix 1tsp vitamin E oil with 1tbsp yogurt and an egg. Massage this mixture into breasts and wear an old bra over the mixture for at least twenty minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Breasts should be massaged at least once a month to promote blood flow and stimulate the lymphatic system. Break open a vitamin E capsule and gently massage into the skin. Or use chamomile or geranium essential oil diluted with wheatgerm or almond oil.
