Abort an order

An order can be aborted if it is obsolete on the shop floor and is no longer meant to be executed in OEE dashboard. An order can only be aborted if it is set to Hold status. To set an order as obsolete, go to Manage orders ➤ Filter the Hold order ➤ Order details ➤ click on Set to Obsolete. Change the production activity for an order-operation

An order-operation may pass through multiple activity phases, such as consumption and production. In such cases, while starting an order-operation, you can start and change over to different production activities that are configured for a work center, as shown in Figure 6-23. Production activities are explained in chapter 3 section Production Activities.
