PADMA’S MUTTON CHOPS PARATEL

DRY MUTTON CHOP CURRY

1

kg mutton chops, washed, drained and tenderised with a meat mallet

2

cups water

3

tbsp chilli powder

1

tbsp oil

3

big onions, sliced

3–4

curry leaves

1

tbsp ginger garlic paste (use readymade ones available at all grocery stores, or blend to paste 5cm ginger with 5 cloves garlic)

stalks coriander leaves, chopped

salt to taste

Grind together to powder:

1

tsp cumin seeds

1

tsp fennel seeds

1

tsp black peppercorns
