Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook noodles in the water for 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse.
3. Heat onion and mushrooms with chicken broth in a saucepan on medium. Remove pan from heat and stir in milk, soup and basil. Combine well and set aside.
4. Coat a baking dish (9”x13”) with cooking spray
5. Place 3 lasagna noodles in the bottom of the baking dish. Layer half the chicken, half the ricotta, half the cheddar, half the parmesan and half the mushroom mixture. Top with another 3 lasagna noodles and repeat the layers.
6. Bake for 50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
