It’s hard for her to admit it. It’s so dramatically different from her first vision of Sue’s Bagels. But the recipe isn’t what matters at all. She rips the “Recipe” sticky note from her canvas.

And then, as she looks at the empty box for Key Resources, she has the idea that liberates her from the weight of performing Key Activities and from the trap of hidden resources.
