Dried Pollack Soup
With a light and sweet flavor, this is another extremely popular soup from Korea. It’s simple, healthy and quick to make, and works wonders to alleviate cold symptoms.
List of Ingredients:
1 cup Pollack (1-inch strips shredded and dried )
2 julienned scallions
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups of water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Methods:
Stir-fry Pollack in a soup pot at medium heat along with garlic and sesame oil for about 4 minutes. Add salt and water, then let it boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer approximately for 10-15 minutes. In a small mixing bowl, mix scallions and egg. Add the egg-scallion mixture to the simmering soup while stirring continuously. Cook for a few minutes and take off the heat. Adjust salt and pepper, and serve.
