This recipe was developed by Kitchenique, a gourmet shop in Destin, Florida.

1 to 1¼ pounds large shrimp (16 to 20 per pound)

1 (12-ounce) bottle Red Stripe beer, or other lager-style beer

¼ cup Key West Key lime juice, or substitute ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice mixed with 2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons Dry Jerk Seasoning

¾ cup Honey-Ginger Dipping Sauce
