Directions:

First, mix the rice flour, sugar, strawberry juice and water. Mix them to form a thick paste.

Then cook it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Cook more if required.

When done, cool the dough and flatten it.

Dust surface with cornstarch and make 12 mochis from the dough.

Put at least one tablespoon of strawberry jam on each mochi and enclose it.

Serve!

Ingredients:

Strawberries- 10

Anko- 100 to 120 grams

Shiratamako (rice flour)- 100 grams

Sugar- 50 grams

Cold water- 150 ml

Katarukiko (potato starch)- plenty for dusting the surface
