The Hiro Banana Pancake is the perfect blend of fruity and delicious when it comes to Japanese deserts. It’s certainly one you’d love to add to your meal course.
Ingredients:
60g of azuki bean paste
1 large-sized banana
2 eggs
Serving size:
2 servings
Directions:
Leave your frying pan heated over low heat
In a bowl mash up banana until smooth
Empty chopped banana into blender
Add in eggs and blend until small chunks of banana is left
Using butter, grease the heated frying pan
Scoop banana mixture into flying pan
Cook both sides for about 2 minutes
Serve the cooked banana in serving plates
Top with azuki bean paste
Enjoy
