Japanese Rice and Shrimp Salad

Ingredient List:

1 cup of rice

2 cups of water

Salt to taste

17 oz. of shrimps

1 cucumber

1 red chili pepper

1 teaspoon of sesame

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar

1 tablespoon of Japanese rice wine

2 tablespoons of soya sauce

1 cup of lemon juice

Methods:

Prepare rice in 2 cups of boiling water. Add salt and cook for 10 minutes.

Cook shrimps in another pot for 15 minutes.

In a meanwhile, prepare the sauce:

a.Mix rice vinegar, soya sauce, sesame oil, and lemon juice.

Mix rice and shrimps together. Cover them with prepared sauce.

Peel and cut the cucumber into small circles, chili into lines.

Add them to the salad and serve!
