cup crumbled (½-inch pieces) feta cheese

pieces baguette, each about 3 inches long, split in half

For the sauce: Using the big holes of a box grater, grate the cucumber, turning it as you grate and stopping when you reach the seeds in the center and discarding them. You should have about 1½ cups grated cucumber. Mix it in a medium bowl with the rest of the sauce ingredients. (The yogurt sauce can be refrigerated for up to a week.)
