API Management service : This service can include a single deployment and instances for respective regions can be added. Appropriate policies from respective regions will be added to route requests accordingly. Alternatively, one API Management service for each region will be required. The benefit of multiple instances is that in the event the primary region is not available and the API Management service is affected, the other regions will continue to work. However, you will lose the manageability aspects of the API Management instance until the primary region of the API Management deployment is unavailable again .
