Chicken

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken

1 onion

1 tbsp olive oil

½ cups of water

1 tsp dried herbs

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

Pour 1½ cups of water into the pressure cooker pot.

Put a trivet inside.

Dry the chicken with paper towels.

Smear the chicken with oil and all spices.

Put the bird on top of the trivet in the pot, breast side up.

Evenly distribute chopped onions on top of the chicken.

Lock the lid and close the vent.

Set to 25 minutes of high pressure.

When finished, let it release the pressure (15-20 minutes).

Take the chicken out of the pot.

Take some liquid from the pot and cover chicken with it. Enjoy!
