“Maybe we should go back to look at the 4-H exhibits,” Miley suggested brightly to Lilly the next morning. They had decided over breakfast that they would spend Miley’s day off exploring the fairgrounds. Now they were peeking into the hallway to make sure there wasn’t anyone around who would see them leave Hannah Montana’s suite. “That’s always superfun!”

Lilly raised one eyebrow. “You mean all those pens filled with chickens and sheep and cows and, hmmm, what am I forgetting? Oh, right. Pigs. Pigs owned by cute boys?”

Miley blushed, but Lilly had already turned back to scan the hallway. “Okay, the coast is clear,” she said, waving for Miley to follow her. As they ran down the hall to the stairs, Miley added, “Anyway, he was pretty cute.”

“You’re really interested in a guy who tries to get girls by roping them?” Lilly asked.

“What guy are you talking about?” Miley said innocently. “I was talking about the pig.”

Laughing, they raced each other down the stairs.
