As the e2e methodology matures, an index of weighted KPIs can be defined to give an accurate picture about the throughput and performance of the methodology.

Lastly, the EPMO must treat the development and roll-out of the project methodology as it treats any other project. In other words, the EPMO has to ensure that the stakeholders’ expectations are met, objectives accomplished, and the stated benefits realised. Only then can the EMPO declare that it has successfully delivered the e2e project methodology. With a successful e2e project methodology established, the EPMO can focus on constructing innovative approaches to managing and delivering programmes.
