Crème De Cocoa Liqueur Coffee

Ingredients

2000 ml hot water

37,5 ml instant coffee granules

125 ml coffee liqueur

62,5 ml Crème de Cocoa liqueur

187 ml cream (whipped)

25 ml chocolate (grated)

Method

Combine the hot water, coffee granules, coffee liqueur and Crème de Cocoa liqueur together in a crock-pot.

Cover the crock-pot and cook on low for 2 to 4 hours.

Serve with the whipped cream and grated chocolate.

Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

500 ml milk

250 ml half-and-half

3 ml ground cinnamon

4 ml instant coffee powder

187 ml chocolate pieces (dark chocolate)

Whipped cream for serving

Grated chocolate for serving

Method

Combine the milk, half-and-half, coffee powder, chocolate pieces and cinnamon. together in a crock-pot.

Cover the crock-pot and cook on high for 60 minutes.

Whisk the mixture.

Cover the crock-pot and cook on high for another 60 minutes.

Whisk again before serving.

Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
