And it took about one second for count_up to be called. And that's because javascript counts by milliseconds.

And so a thousand milliseconds is one second. Of course, we still have a problem. which is the browser only calls count_up once.

And we need it to keep calling count_up. Basically, we need it to do something like this: 1 2 3...

Unfortunately, we'd have to copy and paste this infinitely to get it to work like we want it to.

So what's another way we could use setTimeout so that we can keep the browser calling count_up every second.
