Straw filter

A straw filter is an especially lightweight and affordable mechanism for purifying water. The biggest downside is it can’t filter larger quantities of water into a container. In order to use one, you must place one end of the straw into a water source and then suck through the straw. The water that comes through will be potable. A more convenient option than bending over to drink from a stream through a straw is to first fill up a water bottle and then suck the water through the straw filter. Just don’t forget to use the straw filter each time you drink water from your water bottle.
