Beef tamales with Adobe Crème
This meal requires little effort but it deserves to be a part of your dinner or party table.
Serves: 20 tamales

Ingredients:
2 cups masa harina
1 cup chicken stock
1 pinch salt
½ cup vegetable shortening
For the filling:
0.5lb. ground beef
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
12oz. can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely diced
3 ears of corn, kernels cut off the cob (reserve the husks)
For the cream:
2 tablespoon Adobe sauce
1 limes, zested
8oz. Mexican crème Fraiche
