Directions:
1. In a bowl, wash and drain fish, onion, carrot, potato and bell pepper, all chopped into small pieces.
2. In a separate container, season fish with pepper flake, garlic, pimento seed, salt, black pepper, all-purpose seasoning and curry.
3. Season onion, carrot, potato and bell pepper together. Thinly peel the skin from the potato, and season it. Mix all Ingredients together.
4. Place a skillet on medium flame on stove to allow skillet to heat up. Add tablespoon of oil to grease skillet.
5. Add the fish into skillet and allow meat to brown. Then you can add seasoning and allow fish to cook down.
6. After that, you can add onion, carrot and potato skins. Serve over boiled dumplings or cooked white rice.
