There was a wide, spacious plain in the Malebranches’ territory to the south of the river, but in a place further south, there was a stretch of strange flatland made up of a gradual downward slope which extended to the horizons, there was no place to hide there.

Satan, who moved forward while being wary of his surroundings, had brought with him twenty hairy Malebranches whom he had borrowed from Draghignazzo, but in the end, all of them had been killed by five Silver Arm clan members which had been positioned on a gentle hill on the plains.

At the beginning, Satan did not understand what had happened.

He had just noticed a green heat ray approaching from the edge of his vision, and the head of the Malebranche next to him disappeared.

By the time they scattered frantically, it was already too late, with an accuracy matching that of Lucifer’s purple heat rays, the green heat rays killed the Malebranches one after another, so even if he had spent so much effort to encounter the Silver Arm clan, Satan could not approach the other party at all.

But at this moment, Lucifer actually ran over to assist Satan.

“Cast an ice mist!”

In a state of confusion, Satan casted the ice mist according to Lucifer’s instructions---- “Oh?”

And after the heat rays hit the ice mist, they were diverted to a random direction.

“Ugh……ugohhhh!”

Lucifer had been hit by one of them, but he still used the heat rays he specialised in to instantaneously pierce through the five Silver Arm clan members which were located far away.

At the five figures fell behind the far away hill, there was also a mysterious explosion.

“You’re pretty capable!”

Satan said this in surprise, but Lucifer did not change his tense expression.

“Hurry up and run!”

“Huh?”

“The attack just now would attract the others! Hurry up and run!”

“O, oh?”

He did not know the reason, but Satan still retreated from the plains with Lucifer. However, the enemies chased after them immediately, launching attacks.

“Damn it! They’re still this fast!”

Lucifer cursed loudly, and in the sky behind him, the spheroid objects with countless eyes which they had seen in the

Malebranche’s Treasury were flying towards them. “W, what is that?”

“Just fly already! The Iron Birds are coming to attack us!”

“I, Iron Birds?”

As Satan felt surprised at this term which he was hearing for the first time, it was already too late.

“It, it can’t be……”

Lucifer had discovered ten new pursuers behind the spheroids which were covered in eyes.

“W, what are those things!”

“Find a place to hide first! Ugh!”

“Pwah!”

As if the spheroids knew where Satan and Lucifer were since the beginning, the spheroids which Lucifer called Iron Birds flew directly towards to two of them.

Once Lucifer noticed their movements, he shot a magic orb towards the ground and exploded it, throwing up a cloud of dust and sand.

“W, what are you doing!”

“Be quiet, listen to me if you don’t want to die! Come this way!”

Lucifer randomly threw magic orbs onto the ground around him and when explosions were occurring on the ground, he led Satan as far away from the initial battle area as he could manage.
