Before starting the jail breaking process make sure that your battery is 100 percent charged & your device has at least 2gb free space. There are certain other things which needs to be checked which will be jailbreak tool specific and will be discuss later in the chapter.

After selecting your preferred device you will see a window with two steps.

As Step one was already discussed in the previous chapters. We will now first check the compatibility of the iOS firmware for jailbreak. Now if you remember we are going to use iOS version of your device which we have noted down earlier. The first number of your written number is the major release. You have come to this chapter likely because your version starts with

7.x.x. In case you have 6.x or 8.x then go to iOS 6 jailbreak to iOS8 jailbreak chapters respectively.

Now when you click on iOS7 button under check compatibility a new application window will open.
