Short Guided Meditation

For Sleeping

Prepare yourself to relax, become aware of how you are at this moment. From this moment on, direct your attention to your breathing, observe how you breathe, without modifying your breathing at all. Simply observe how you breathe. Every time you see the blue air flowing through your body, you feel inspired, relaxed. Every time you exhale, red air comes out, and with it all the tension goes away.

Take in air, inhale, and feel how the tension goes away. The strain seems to leave your body as you become aware of your breathing, so very calm. Continue like this, breathing and feeling heat as the calm enters your body and exhaling the air, feeling the tension feel the tension as it vacates the body.

With each breath the oxygen reaches each and every cell in your body. It fills you with energy.

Direct your attention to your back. From this moment, concentrate and feel how your back breathes. You breathe in and it enters through your back. It is as if your whole back has been transformed into a vacuum cleaner, getting filled with fresh air, relaxing, full of energy and vitality. The air seems to come from there. It is as if you are breathing from your back. You breathe through the nose, you take the air in as if it came from the back and you exhale through the nose – the escaping air is a relaxing blue color, so very relaxing

Feel how your whole spine rests, feel the weight of your back, and relax, more and more. You feel relaxed, more and more rested

As the blue air flows and is distributed throughout your body, a feeling of calm, of peace descends upon you.

Focus all your attention on your legs, from this moment on it is as if the air you breathe enters through your feet, ascending through your knees, and your thighs, reaching your lungs.

A blue air, of crystalline purity reaches you, ascending from the feet. Your legs are like tubes through which the air that you breathe rises, and they are filled with blue, a blue crystalline air, which is pure, vital and relaxing.

You can feel how your legs seem to become glower. As the air travels through your legs, your circulation improves. Your legs are released from all of the tension and become glow, very glow and very relaxed, very rested. It’s a pleasant sensation of glowness, of calmness as peace invades you with every breath you draw – you feel more relaxed and more rested.

A feeling of calm envelops you as you continue feeling the air come and go calmly. There is a sense of serenity that invades you and you enjoy it. The quiet thoughts, your serene body resting and your emotions in balance. It is a pleasure to experience the relief derived from your calmness, the energy that comes from breathing in and out, and the rest you feel through the muscular relaxation.

You become aware of this state of calm, relaxing, full of peace and tranquility.
