Even though the first two emails from the search don’t have the word Microsoft in the subject line or email name, they are from a Microsoft email address and have the word Microsoft in the body of the message and therefore will show up in the search results.

When you open an item from your search, you will find that your search term is highlighted within that email such as the word Microsoft in figure 3.30.

At the top of the page, you will be shown some options that can help you narrow down your search results such as choosing to only view emails from a certain sender, from a certain date range, emails with attachments and so on.
