Directions:

1. Set your dashi on in a saucepan over high heat and allow to come to a boil.

2. Once it begins to boil, reduce to a low heat, and add in your miso paste then stir until your miso dissolve.

3. Add in your remaining ingredients, and allow to cook for another 5 minutes.

4. Serve, and enjoy.

Fish broth, low sodium (6 cups)

Light Miso (2 tsp)

Lobster Meat (1lb., chopped)

Baby Choy (1 bunch, trimmed and chopped)

Egg Noodles (1/2 lb., cooked)
