Tartar Sauce

Makes 1 ½ cups

1 cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp relish

2 tbsp chopped parsley

½ tbsp lemon zest

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard

½ tsp dried dill

Salt

Pepper

In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly; season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Steamed Mussels with Tarragon + Tomato

Total time 20 minutes | 6–8 servings

1 small bulb fennel, thinly sliced

6 garlic cloves, roughly chopped

2 large tomatoes, small dice

1 cup dry white wine

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp 35% cream

2 bunches tarragon

5 lbs mussels, rinsed and debearded
