1/2 cup [120 ml] Calendula and Chamomile Vodka (page 33)
2 Tbsp dry vermouth
Ice cubes
Fresh calendula petals or chamomile flowers for garnish (optional)
In a large cocktail shaker, combine the Calendula and Chamomile Vodka, vermouth, and ice. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain the mixture into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with calendula petals or chamomile flowers.
Pink Martini
If you are looking to add a pretty-in-pink bite to this bracing cocktail, simply substitute Campari for the vermouth.
