2 cup flour
1 ½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup milk
5 tbsp. unsalted melted butter
2tbsp olive oil
Nutella
Bananas (4 pieces)
Serving size: 7 crepes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Instructions
1. Firstly, melt the butter in a saucepan. Put 4 spoons of unsalted butter in a pan and mix smoothly.
2. Whisk for 2-3 minutes. After this, you will see brown bubbles coming from the surface of the pan.
3. Remove from the pan once the bubble occurs and whisk it for another 40 seconds.
4. In a medium bowl, mix the batter ingredients and whisk them properly.
5. Preheat the pan and add 3 cups of batter on it.
6. Swirl the pan to adjust the whole batter properly.
7. Cook until the color changes and then flip to the other side and continue cooking.
8. Mash bananas in a small bowl. Add Nutella, sugar and 2tbsp milk on it.
9. Whisk properly and fill the crepes with the banana filling.
10. Serve with extra Nutella spread.
