The package succeeded, which is a great start, but it is important to test all paths within the package, which means that we will have to force either the Check Database Integrity Task or the Back Up Database Task to fail, so that the Notify Operator Task is executed. We can achieve this by setting the ForceExecutionResult property of the Check Database Integrity Task to Failure, as shown in Figure 5-16.

We will now run the package again. This time, the Check Database Integrity Task will fail, which will cause the Notify Operator Task to be executed, instead of the Back Up Database Task. The results are shown in Figure 5-17.
