The Open Clam

Lying on your back, arms in whatever position you prefer pull your feet up close to your butt. Drop both knees down to the sides so you are looking down at a V shape. Relax your legs and allow them to stretch as much as possible without pain, widening the V, by dropping your knees toward the bed.

The Bird

Our shoulders get tense both during the day and during the night. Wake them up by doing a bit of stretching while engaging in some of the moves in the plan. If you have a choice where your arms are during a move, stretch them out over your head. Or, keeping your elbows bent, stretch them over your head. Imagine a bird stretching its wings.
