Objective 5.1: Thought experiment

1. You could create a Storage Pool and choose to use either a two-way mirror or a parity Storage Pool with the four drives.

2. Answers may vary but you can add additional drives to increase the size of a Storage Pool, therefore you can utilize all four drives.

3. You should label the disks carefully to ensure you do not accidentally use the incorrect disk because all drives that are added to the Storage Pool will be formatted, and the data will be deleted. You should use the two blank disks to create a new Storage Pool and provision a new Storage Disk, which is a two-way mirror with the two blank disk drives, and then back up the 200 GB data onto this new Storage Pool. You can add the remaining drives to the Storage Pool once the backup has completed.
