Ingredients

Mongolian Sauce:

1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing

1/2 C. hoisin sauce

anything else.

4 cloves garlic, minced

2. For the sauce: in a bowl, add the hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

4 garlic cloves, ginger, red wine vinegar, soy

1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, hot sauce, 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

white pepper, and black pepper and beat till

1 tbsp rice vinegar

well combined.

2 tsp sesame oil

3. In another bowl, add all meatballs ingredients 2 tsp white sugar

and 2 tbsp of the hoisin sauce mixture and mix

1 1/2 tsp hot sauce

till well combined.

1/2 tsp ground white pepper

4. Make meatballs from the mixture and arrange

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

onto a jelly roll pan.

Meatballs:

5. Cook in the oven for about 25 minutes.

1 lb. ground beef

6. Now, set your oven to broiler.

1/2 lb. ground lamb

1/2 head cabbage, chopped

7. Flip the meatballs and cook under the broiler

1 yellow onion, chopped

for about 10 minutes.

1/2 C. panko bread crumbs

8. Transfer the warm meatballs into a slow

1/2 C. grated carrot

cooker and top with the hoisin sauce mixture.

1 tbsp ground ginger

9. Set the slow cooker on Low and cook, covered

1/4 C. chopped green onion

for about 24 hours, stirring occasionally.

6 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper
