2. Inhale and pull your elbows back and your fists into your side while lifting your left heel toward your tush as though youâre trying to kick your own backside.
3. Exhale and return your arms and feet to the beginning position.
4. Inhale and bring your elbows back and your fists into your side once more while lifting your right heel toward your tush.
5. Repeat, switching feet at a quick pace!
