Instructions:
Whirl chips in blender till you have fine crumbs. Then add flour, paprika and cumin. Pulse, combining well. Pour coating onto a plate.
Roll fish in crumbs and set them aside.
Heat oil in nonstick pan on high heat. When it has heated, add fish. Quickly cook for 2 minutes on each side till fish becomes crisp. Set fish on plate lined with paper towels.
Break cooked fish into chunks. Wrap in warmed tortillas with salsa & lettuce or cole slaw mix. Serve.

Ingredients:
1 cup of water, filtered
1 cup of sugar, granulated
1 cup of raspberries, fresh
4 lemons, fresh, large
For garnishing: extra whole berries, mint sprigs
