Usually the iron condor strategy is going to be more effective than this when it comes to a good return on investment, but during the time of the trade, the stock ended up moving more than was expected. A similar trade using this stock usually will give at least three percent return on investment, but the market was not as steady as it usually is. But the trader decided to get out of the market ahead of time to make sure that the market didn’t go outside of their limits and make them lose money in the process.
