Integrating Data Mining Systems

The data mining output needs to be directed to another system. If this system does not have a place to store its output, such as a data warehouse or database, there is no goal set for the data mining activity. Therefore, there are data integration schemes created so that a data mining system communicates and feeds the output to a database or data warehouse.

No Coupling

In this system, a database or a data warehouse system does not communicate with each other. Functions of the data warehouse system don’t get utilized by data mining procedures. The mining system then extracts data from all active data sources and stores it in a different file.
